Tara Acheson, Sport Scientist, is delivering a Fitness Handball Class

To conclude the activities promoted by the Irish Olympic Handball Association in the Sport Ireland Women in Sport Week 2022, the Sport Scientist Tara Acheson is delivering a Fitness Handball Class.

The aim is to have a fun and educational class - and practical! - covering injury prevention, strength, mobility, and other similar elements used in Olympic Handball.

The class is going to happen online, via zoom.
