Balbriggan Beach Festival 2023

Balbriggan Beach Festival happened on Sunday, 20th of August

The event was organised by Fingal County Council, trough the Sports Office, counting on the presence of regional clubs and NGBs. 

Aiming to showcase Balbriggan Beach and increase the visibility in the location, the event had taster session activities with a variety of sports, including beach handball, GAA, rugby, beach soccer, volleyball, yoga, water sports and many others. 

Troughout the whole day, people from all ages could enjoy trying a diverse number of activities and beach handball was very popular specially among kids. The set up court was not 1 min without players! 

Kids, adults, experienced and begginer players all had fun together and could enjoy the great weather on the day playing handball!

A big thank you to Fingal Sports Office for the invitation to be part of the festival and to Dublin International Handball Club's members for dedicating their time to support the delivery of the activity.
