Walking Handball

Walking Handball is a variation of traditional handball designed for anyone who enjoys team sport, looking for a low-impact game. It’s a fun and engaging way to stay active without putting too much strain on your joints and muscles. By focusing on walking instead of running, this sport makes it easy for people of all fitness levels to participate, enjoying the social and physical benefits of staying active whilst meeting with others in the community.
